Ground spices - flour is commonly used to prevent clumping.
Cereals: most contain wheat, gluten, malt flavoring, or some other gluten ingredient or dairy ingredients. Read labels carefully.

Additional Things to be Aware of that often contain gluten:  lotions, creams, cosmetics, glue sticks, markers, stickers, stamps, envelopes and other gummed labels, toothpaste, mouthwash, vitamins and medicines.  It is now known that the gluten molecule is too large to pass through skin, but ingestion may still occur, so use with caution..
